Joshua 1:8-9
Psalm 119:15-16
John 10:27
During this season, the world can be overwhelming, and the expectations we face may intensify our stress. One way to manage stress is to begin deep breathing exercises to find your center and relax. Yahweh desires us to tune in so we can hear His voice amidst the chaos of our surroundings. “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. No one can snatch them from my hand.”
Yahweh speaks on the importance of meditation: “This Book of the Law (the Bible) shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it.” The Psalmist effectively captures this sentiment: “I will meditate on your precepts and fix my eyes on your ways.”
Once His word is in your spirit, He says, "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."
Let these truths resonate in your heart as you declare: “I will take joy in your statutes; I will never forget your word.”
